The Hotel is located in a great location - in the center, but closer to the Water tower. So not in the busier/dirtier part of the center. The Hotel is a bit old with outdated interior design, but it works. The staff is nice and always allows early Check-in (so far).

The staff at the front desk were very professional. Also a huge shout out to the women bar staff (don't remember her name). Many thanks to her for such an excellent and friendly service. The location is excellent and that's the main reason I chose to stay here.

Perfect localization, close to main market, room very clean, beautiful and comfortable bathroom, very comfortable bed, easy way to set up perfect temperature in room, big range of products for breakfest, very tasty coffee, in rooms small device to make coffee or tea. Staff very nice-when I was at Mannheim, it was rainy, so there was no problem to borrow umbrella.

Friendly and responsive reception. Clean comfortable room with enough moving room for 3 adults plus luggage. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom sink had counter space for toiletry bag. Delicious breakfast buffet with excellent service and a bonus view of trees. Location is great. A popular city attraction is a few blocks away as well as abundant shops and restaurants .

Very quiet and decent hotel in the very centre of Mannheim, very good breakfast buffet, served daily from 6:30 hours, well arranged room with comfortable arm chair and very good bed. The hotel can be reached in 15l minutes on foot from the main station.

The location is excellent, the hotel is nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. I would like to mention Frau Stanick in particular. She was very nice to all guests at the breakfast, offered me gluten free bread, which I asked for and she was very nice. I thank her very much.

The welcome on arrival was exceptionally good. Ms Tuku was a charming and an efficient embassador for the hotel. She spoke very good English and was helpful in answering every request. Definitely a big plus for this hotel

Directly in city centre, there are plenty of restaurants.The room was quiet (inner courtyard), outdated furnished but clean. Wifi was good.

I had a great stay at Leonardo Hotels Mannheim, the location was perfect and close to the city with tasty food options and within close walking distance of transport. The room was lovely and a great size and very clean, I felt very comfortable throughout the stay. The staff were the highlight of my stay, they were always very kind and happy to help and also lovely to just have a chat to. Would definitely recommend and am looking forward to staying again in the future.
